PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

Duration: 2 Days
Advance your diving skills and prepare for more advanced diving such as deep and night diving. Unlike the PADI Open Water Diver course, the Advanced Open Water Diver course is performance-based so classroom time is significantly less.

Typically this course can be completed in two days. The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course gives you a structured program to gain additional experience and skills under the guidance of a PADI instructor.

To certify as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver you must take part in the Deep dive and Navigation dive. You can choose 3 of the remaining Adventure dives with your instructor from the following.

• Boat Diver

• Drift Diver

• Multi-Level & Computer Diver

• Peak Performance Diver

• Enriched Air Diver *Nitrox

• Search & Recovery Diver

Note: The dives will be from the boat (or shore in Nuweiba) and we do ask all students to complete a warm up dive prior to starting this course.  You will check weights, buoyancy and equipment prior to starting the course. Adventure Dives can count as the first dive of a relevant specialty.

Prerequisites:

• Be at least 12 years old
• Be a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent
